Note: the $15 testing fee may be paid by check payable to “ARRL”. Will accept cash, but prefer a check. Test takers must supply their own pen, pencil and scratch paper. You will also need either a photo driver’s license OR two (2) other forms of ID. If you are upgrading, you MUST bring a copy of you current amateur radio license. YOU MUST have your FRN available which you can obtain from the FCC Website. ** NOTE: AFTER THE ARRL FORWARDS VERIFICATION THAT YOU’VE PASSED THE TEST TO THE FCC YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL HOW TO ELECTRONICALLY PAY THE $35 LICENSE FEE TO THE FCC.
