We received our IRS determination letter granting Tax Exempt status under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) effective June 11, 2021. Contributions made to WEARS Inc. on or after that date are tax deductible on your Federal Income Tax. NOTE: Regular annual club dues are NOT tax deductible.
